Matrix Locker on Deals is a feature within Monarch CRM that allows salespeople to save and manage files specific to individual deals. While Monarch previously supported file saving at the account level (specific to Advertisers), Matrix Locker extends this capability to Deals, providing a more granular approach to document management. This feature ensures that all relevant documents are organized and easily accessible within the context of the specific Deal they pertain to.
Key Features:
1. Matrix Locker Section on Deal Profile:
- A new section header, "Matrix Locker," has been added to the Deal Profile page.
- Clicking on the Matrix Locker section in the top header navigates the user directly to the Matrix Locker section.
2. File Management:
- Columns Display: The Matrix Locker section displays multiple columns—Name, Location, Size, File Owner, and Upload Date providing comprehensive details about each uploaded file.
- File Interaction: The file name in the Name column is hyperlinked and includes an icon indicating the file type.
3. File Upload and Affiliations Modal:
- Accessible via the "+" button in the Matrix Locker section.
- Fields include Upload File (mandatory), Assign To (auto-populated with the salesperson’s name), Choose a Folder, and Affiliations.
- Users can upload files, assign them to folders, and select affiliations.
- Automatically affiliated with the Deal, Account, etc.
- The Modal includes Save and Cancel buttons, allowing users to either save their inputs or close the modal without saving.
4. Sorting and Organization:
- The Matrix Locker section supports sorting across all columns, allowing users to organize files as needed.
5. File Management and Affiliations:
- Users can easily remove files using the delete button within the Matrix Locker section.
- Affiliations can be assigned or removed, and the section displays associated deal information such as Deal Name, Account, Agency, Contact, and Latest Activity.
