To find out what Accounts do not have Contacts associated with them, please follow the below steps:
1. Download the template of AccountsWithNoContacts.xlsx located at the bottom of the page into your local computer.
2. Get the Account list. To do this, please follow below:
- Navigate to Accounts under LISTS.
- Click Export button on the top right. This will export all the account into an Excel file named AccountsList.csv.
- Copy all the data from the AccountsList.csv and paste into the first page (AccountList) on the AccountsWithNoContacts.xlsx template that you just downloaded from step#1
3. Get the Contact list. To do this, please follow below:
- Navigate to Contacts under LISTS.
- On the top right of the page, click Account and then CSV. This will export all the account contacts into an Excel file named ContactList.csv.
- Copy all the data from the ContactList.csv and paste into the second page (ContactList) on the AccountsWithNoContacts.xlsx template that you just downloaded from step#1.
4. On the AccountsWithNoContacts.xlsx template, click the third page(Missing). On the third page(Missing), all account names are listed on the first column. If the account is missing a contact, "Missing" word will show on the second column otherwise the row number of the contact from the second page(ContactList) will show.
