If an order for an account is placed in the traffic or billing system today, if it is fully processed and approved before the import file is created that evening, the billing for the account should appear in Matrix the following business day.
If the order is approved after the import file is created that evening, it will be included in the next day's import file and therefore should be in Matrix two business days later.
