Email or Password Not Found

When you receive the message that "Email or Password is not found" when attempting to log into Matrix, please ensure that following rules are checked;

- Try using your "Corporate" email address (if applicable).
- Try requesting a new password via the "I forgot my password" link.

If this does not help you, please contact Matrix Support directly 877-687-9066 option 1;

Standard business hours are as follows: (excluding holidays)

- 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Thursday 
- 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Friday 

On-call customer support agents are available Monday through Thursday (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET) and Friday (5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET).
