When a red box appears on the top right hand side of your browser stating "An Unexpected Error has Occurred", try the performing the following steps.
- Log out of Matrix via the log out icon located on the far right hand side of the Matrix menu bar, next to the magnifying glass icon;
Close down all browsers.
If the above steps do not resolve this, please contact Matrix Support via the SUPPORT menu option as shown above.
