As an Account Executive, How Can I Receive an Email Notification If a Lead Has Been Submitted for Approval?

You can receive an email notice once your manager has approved or rejected the Lead account(s) that you have submitted for approval by turning the “Prospect Approval Email” switch to “Yes”.

To do so, click on “My Profile” -> “Preferences” -> Click on the “No/Yes” switch so that is says “Yes” for the “Prospect Approval Email” setting and click the “Save” button.
