Former customers act more like new prospects when you re-engage them, than like actual customers but still represent a better opportunity than cold competitive accounts. To help identify those accounts use the Win Back Alert. Designed to easily find the accounts that billed in the past (you define the months since last billing) but are not actively on the books.
To setup the Win-Back Alert:
1. Navigate to Alerts from the Matrix Menu Bar by clicking the Notifications Bell.
2. Click Alert Settings on the right top via the gear icon.
3. Click (+) Add Alert.
4. Select Win-Back Accounts and click Next.
5. Set up the filters for the Alert, select either Red(Take Action) or Yellow(Watch Closely), enter a number value for Months since last billing* and then click Next.
6. Enter the Alert name and click Save.
Notes:
- If you don't see the Alert that you just set up on the Dashboard, please log out of Matrix and log in again.
- On the Alert‘s result page via the Actions button, you can send an email to your Salespeople and add an activity.
