Monarch Mobile - Troubleshooting - iPhone

If you are unable to access Matrix on your mobile phone, this can be due to many different reasons. When you are unable to access Matrix, please follow the troubleshooting steps below which may be needed to resolve the issues.

Troubleshooting Steps: 

  1. Delete Matrix Shortcut on your Home Screen. 
  2. Close all apps on your phone. 
  3. Clear your Cache and Remove all Browser History by tapping Settings> Apps > Safari >Clear History and Website Data(under History and Wesite Data Section) > Clear History. 
  4. Allow Cookies by tapping Setting > Apps > Safari > Advanced(at the bottom of the page) > Block All Cookies > Set  to Off. 
  5. Allow Pop Ups by tabbing Setting > Apps > Safari > Block Pop-ups(under General section) > Set to Off. 
  6. Enable AutoFill Passwords by tapping Setting > General > AutoFill & Password > AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys > Set to Yes. 
  7. Reboot your phone by turning it off and then back on again. 
  8. Tap Safari and type in your full company Matrix URL [companyname.matrixformedia.com/mobile]. 
  9. Please enter your email and password on the login page. Then click Submit.
