Accounts can be created within Matrix as Leads or Prospects...or both! It all depends on what your company has decided is the best workflow for new business.
To Creating an Account, please follow the below steps:
1. Tap the Actions menu at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap + Lead or + Prospect ( depending on your permissions).
3. On the add Prospect/Lead form, pleaes fill out the information as much as you can and tap Save button at the buttom of the screen.
To Edit an Account, please follow the below steps:
1. Tap Search at the bottom of your screen.
2. Type in the Account name that you wish to edit and tap the search icon next to the search box.
3. On the returned result page, tap on the Accout name that you wish to edit to open up the Account profile.
4. On the Account profile, please make sure the Salesperson name who owns the account shows next to Viewing Account for. If "All" shows next to Viewing Account for, please tap to select the Salesperson name. Otherwise you won't be able to edit the account.
5. Scoll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on Edit Account button.
6. On the Edit screen, we encourage you to fill out the information as much as you can in order to make your experience with Matrix much stronger!. Once you are done editing, please tap Save button at the bottom of the screen.
