This notification shows all the Accounts that at least one of their below information is missing.
- Country
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip
To access the notification
When the notification is enabled and if at least one of their required fields is missing information, then you will see the notice next to the Bell icon located on the upper right corner of your screen. Once you click the Bell icon, you will see the message of "xx accounts with missing address information."
After you click on the message, you will see the below screen.
On this screen, if you click on the Account name, the Account profile will show.
Also, you can sort each column by clicking the arrows next to each column header.
To update the Account information
You can update Country, Address, Address2, City, State and Zip by clicking into the field, typing in or selecting the desired value, then clicking a green checkmark to save the value or press the Tab on your keyboard to automatically save the value and go to the next field.
Once all the required fields have been filled out, the green checkmark will show on the right side of the Account. After you refresh the page or visiting this notification again, the Account will no longer display on the screen because all of their required information have been filled out. Note that Address2 field is optional.
To remove the notification
You can remove this notificaiton from the Bell icon by clicking Bell icon and then the checkmark next to notice message. Please keep in mind this notice will show on the Bell icon again once you have a new Account that their required information are missing.
Note:
If you accidently removed the notification from the Bell icon, you can still access the screen of the notificaiton by navigating to https://XXXX.matrixformedia.com/monarch/#/alerts/alertResults/accounts. Please make sure you replace XXXX with your company name.
To disable the notification
If you don't want to receive the notice, please turn it off by
1. Clicking on the Bell icon in the top right corner, and then click on the gear icon.
2. Click Default Notifications tab.
3. Click Off in front of the Accounts with missing address information.
