Monarch - Bell Alert / Notifications for Accounts, Agencies and Contacts with Missing Information

Instead of relying on sticky notes, filing cabinets and papers in your drawers with your Client's Address, Phone, and Email information, it is time to expect a CRM to hold and track this. So we wanted to make it even easier to find gaps in your data to be updated with our Missing Information Notifications.

Accounts With Missing Address Information

This notification will be enabled by default. There is no need to turn this ON. However, if you do not wish to use it, you can disable the notification by clicking onto your bell icon in the top right corner, and then click on the gear icon. The Configuration Notifications dialog will load, and you can disable the notification from the Default Notifications tab by clicking “ OFF for Accounts with missing address information.

When enabled, the Accounts With Missing Address Information notification will look for Accounts that are missing key information such as Address1, City, State, and Zip fields. If at least one of these fields is missing information, then it will display within the bell notification in the upper right corner.

Clicking into the notification will display the results of those Accounts missing Address1, City, State, or Zip. You can easily update any of this information as well as the Country by clicking into the field, updating the value, and saving it.

When a row is filled in with the highlighted address information, then the row will receive a green checkmark on the end. Refreshing the page or visiting this notification again will not display that row on screen as you’ve now satisfied the key information for the Account.

Agencies With Missing Address Information

This notification will be enabled by default. There is no need to turn this ON. However, if you do not wish to use it, you can disable the notification by clicking onto your bell icon in the top right corner, and then click on the gear icon. The Configuration Notifications dialog will load, and you can disable the notification from the Default Notifications tab by clicking OFF for Agencies with missing address information. 

When enabled, the Agencies With Missing Address Information notification will look for Agencies that are missing key information such as Address1, City, State, and Zip fields. If at least one of these fields is missing information, then it will display within the bell notification in the upper right corner.

Clicking into the notification will display the results of those Agencies missing Address1, Address2, City, State, or Zip. You can easily update any of this information as well as the Country by clicking into the field, updating the value, and saving it.

Contacts Missing CRM Information

This notification will be enabled by default. There is no need to turn this ON. However, if you do not wish to use it, you can disable the notification by clicking onto your bell icon in the top right corner, and then click on the gear icon. The Configuration Notifications dialog will load, and you can disable the notification from the Default Notifications tab by clicking OFF for Contacts with missing information. 

When enabled, the Contacts With Missing Information notification will look for Contacts that are missing key information such as the Title, Email Address, and Primary Phone Number. If at least one of these fields is missing information, then it will display within the bell notification in the upper right corner. 

Clicking into the notification will display the results of those contacts missing a Title, Email Address, or Primary Phone Number. You can easily update any of this information as well as the Name and Address information of the contact by clicking into the field, updating the value, and saving it.

When a row is filled in with the highlighted information, then the row will receive a green checkmark on the end. Refreshing the page or visiting this notification again will not display that row on screen as you’ve now satisfied the key information for the Contact. 

You can optionally fill in the Address information about the contact while on this screen, however the Country, Address, Address2, City, State, and Zip are not what cause a contact to display on this screen. Any Contacts that are missing one of those fields while having a Title, Email and Primary Phone will not display here.
