First, make sure that the Agency has already been entered into Matrix. Once the Agency has been added, you can then add your Agency Contact.
If you have not added the Agency, simply click the +Add button, then select Agency. Fill out the appropriate fields, then click Save.
To add an Agency Contact, begin by clicking the +Add button, then selecting Contact, as shown below.
When entering the information for the contact please enter their Name, Company (Agency they belong to), and the contact's Email. After you have filled out all the necessary information make sure to click Save.
You can also enter an Agency Contact from the Agency Profile Page.
One of the advantages of entering a contact from this page is that the Agency Name will automatically populate, so you will only need to fill out the other two fields, Name and Email.
