Why Did I Not Receive My Espresso Shot Email After Signing Up?

If you didn’t receive an Espresso shot email after signing up, the following reasons could be the cause:

- Check to see if you have enabled this to be sent to you via My Profile - Preference tab.
- Make sure that you have Daily Matrix Espresso Shot Email turn to YES (located on the bottom of the page).
- Check your Spam or Junk folder. If you don’t see an Espresso shot email in any of these folders, please contact Matrix Support via the SUPPORT menu option located on the Matrix menu bar – far right hand side.
