Monarch FAQ - What to Do When I Did Not Receive My Password?

If you did not receive an automated email when selecting Forgot my password or I am a new user, it is likely that the message was caught in your Spam or Junk folder.  Please be sure to check all folders for the automated email response.  If the email is not in any of the folders available, please contact Matrix Support by email at supportweb@matrixformedia.com or call at 877-687-9066. The Matrix Support team will manually reset the password for you.
