To change an agency on a certain account you first have to change it in your outlet’s Traffic system. Once the agency is changed in traffic and imported into Matrix the new agency will show for that account.
Note: If an agency is changed in traffic for an account all the billing history will still show under the old agency. After the import, anything going forward will show under the new agency.
