I Have a Contact Entered on My Lead Account, But Why is Matrix Telling Me That I Still Need One?

When entering in your contact, make sure that you have entered it in on the Contact tab of the Account. 

There is an option to select an “Agency” and associate the contacts with the agency to the Account. However, this will not register the requirement of having a contact.
