To view the Agency List, from the Menu Bar, move your mouse over the Lists menu and select Agencies.
Add an Agency
1. Click the Add an Agency button.
2. Complete the Name field, which is required (denoted by a red star).
3. In the bottom left corner, review the outlets in the Available Outlets area. Click the green arrow preceding each outlet that you wish to affiliate with the agency.Note: You must affiliate the agency with at least one outlet.
4. Complete the optional fields, as necessary. If you need to assign the agency to another team member, click the drop arrow in the Owner field, and then select a name from the list that displays.
5. Click the Save button.
