Cancel a Lead Account Submission from the Account List

In the event that you wish to cancel your Lead account submission, you may do so as long as it has not been approved by your manager.

  1. Go to the Account Profile Page for the specific account. You can search for the Account from the Global Search or from your Account List by going to List > Accounts.
  2. Click the Cancel button in the top right corner of the Account Profile.
  3. A popup message appears, confirming that the cancellation was successful. The Cancel button is replaced by the Manager field and Submit button.
